- I thought after my accident I would have a lot of rehab in front of me. I never imagined that when i woke up that I would have all these tubes and tracheostomy coming out of me, and would have to learn how to breathe, talk, swallow and eat again.
- Must of been so hard for lucy and my family. Lucy comforting me while I was still asleep and out of it.
- A massive rain(beau) came out over the hospital the first day I woke up, a week after the accident.

- Back up and about smiling again. Could of been the time I kept dropping my arm off the bed deliberately, Lucy thought it was falling off and kept putting it back on the bed. Took her 5 times to realise I was having her on for a laugh
- I wonder where I would be at now if it wasn’t for her. Lucy has been amazing. By my side the whole time keeping me positive and up and about.
- Lucy reading me the story of John Maclean who I would later meet. He was the first paraplegic to do the hawaiin ironman and to swim the english channel, I really felt like I related to him.
- Can’t believe what my family was going through at this stage. They were all awesome and can’t thank them enough
- Lucy bought these teddies. The pink one was Lucy and it stayed with me the blue ones name was Beau and Lucy took it home.

- After 18 days I had my trackie taken out, I was then able to breathe on my own, talk, and eat some food. One of the best days!
- After not eating for 18 days its safe to say I was craving Some food. This was my first day getting fed. First food was some ice-cream
- The first day I got to eat dad pretended to start eating my peaches. My legs nearly started to run over and give him one haha

- Up in a electric chair. Taking ownership of the hospital
- First time on the computer with splints on my index fingers
- first time sitting up. Pretty scary

- First day with the neck brace off. Pretty happy day
- Chilling with the nieces and Skye
- First time in a manual chair. Seriously thought there was something wrong with it because I couldn’t move it.
- Beating lucy at quoits
- Good exercise to practice picking up things and improving my wrist strength.
- Throwing the ball while I’m on the tilt table
- Watching the twos win the grand final. First game of football i had been to since the accident.

- First time shaving, while watching the storm win the grand final.
- Meeting Drew Ginn and John Maclean.
- lucy and I having fun making up our own games.
- Good times
- Dominating everyone at wii tennis.
- Thought this was going to fall over after 9-10 blocks
- The first time out of tracksuit pants. Was nice to get dressed up for my cousins wedding.
- Tilt table is used to get my legs out straight and to get some weight going through my legs.
- electrodes are connected to my legs to contract the muscles and make my legs move the pedals.
- First time in a rugby chair
