Thought I would start doing a few videos to show people how I go about it. Im 20 months post injury and have no triceps and no finger movement and have had to work really hard to get to where I am now.
Everytime I tried something for the first time (like transferring, dressing myself, even feeding myself and pushing up a hill), I would think how am I ever going to do this, everything felt way out of reach. To other quads keep working hard and believing!
